Responsibility： Participate in on-site escort and product technical problem handling Collect and screen feedback from clients and partners, build and improve communication channels Assist with product hardware maintenance Assist in after-sales training for service partners and customers Execute and manage after-sales system, participate in spare parts materials application, transportation and recording Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction 责任： 参与现场陪同和产品技术问题的处理 收集和筛选客户和合作伙伴的反馈，建立和完善沟通渠道 协助产品硬件维护 协助对服务合作伙伴和客户进行售后培训 执行和管理售后系统，参与备件材料的申请，运输和记录 维护客户关系，提高客户满意度

任职要求

Required capabilities, and skills： With valid German work permit Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs in Europe, with travel time accounting for 70%-80%.
