Job Description: Responsibility for customer service activities, establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction. should have the ability to handle abnormal problems: containment/isolate/sorting the defective batteries at the customer\'s plant according to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis. Notice the relevant responsible persons immediately. responsible for the preparation of battery applications from cell to module (e.g. assembly, disassembly), their testing. Analysis/evaluation and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders. Actively report the batteries usage and be able to handle emergencies independently and Responsible for the summary of customer quality problem in the charge of the areas. Coordinate and supervise repairs at logistic centers and dealers. 任职要求

Job Requirement: Degree (electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar) and initial work experience or a technician training and relevant work experience in technical customer service Very good analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, mechanical, and electromechanical systems. Good presentation and communication skills. Business fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken).
