职位描述

Support the management and monitoring of channel partners development actions by MPR tools. Support the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data in alignment with annual sales targets. Support partner enablement includes pre-sales and post-sales training organization, exam plan, etc. Maintain Huawei systems portal to deal with daily applications/processes and provide business support. Assist in the management and organization of important events and program in EU level. Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders, agencies and key partners, and assist in their business development and collaboration efforts. Prepare the meeting materials/reports for relevant stakeholders. 任职要求

Education background in Bachelor degree and above, major in business administration, economics, marketing or relevant. Specific experience in renewable and ICT industries are preferred but not essential. Basic knowledges of project operation, forecast and data analysis. Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), etc. Video editing and photoshop could be a bonus. Fluency in English, Chinese or other European language could be a bonus. Stakeholder management, good communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit. Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on attitude. 本科及以上学历，工商管理、经济学、市场营销等相关专业。 在可再生能源和ICT行业有特定经验是首选，但不是必需的。 具备项目运营、预测和数据分析的基础知识。 良好的MS办公技能（Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook）等。会视频编辑和Photoshop优先。 流利的英语、中文，会其他欧洲语言优先。 利益相关者管理，良好的沟通和人际交往能力与团队合作精神相结合。 独立且结构良好的工作方式，具有亲力亲为的态度。
