职位描述

负责新产品的市场调研和需求分析，制定并实施产品规划解决方案; 负责产品定义与设计，基于场景洞察识别用户需求，制定机器人产品形态，设计开发相应的产品需求文档(PRD); 负责竞争对手分析，持续跟踪竞争对手的最新动态和产品策略，为产品决策提供数据支持; 负责产品的持续迭代优化和量产推进，通过了解用户反馈和市场需求，改进产品功能和性能，提升客户满意度; 协调资源促进产品实施，全面负责项目进度，维护项目整体质量; 负责完成项目周期内的文档，提供相关的产品培训/用户手册等上市资料，提供产品策略和运营建议。 Responsible for market research and demand analysis of new products, developing and implementing product planning solutions; In charge of product definition and design, identifying user needs based on scenario insights, formulating the robot product form, and designing and developing corresponding Product Requirement Documents (PRD); Responsible for competitor analysis, continuously tracking the latest developments and product strategies of competitors to provide data support for product decisions; In charge of continuous iterative optimization and mass production advancement of the product, improving product functions and performance through understanding user feedback and market demands, enhancing customer satisfaction; Coordinate resources to facilitate product implementation, fully responsible for project progress, and maintain overall project quality; Responsible for completing documentation within the project cycle, providing related product training/user manuals and other listing materials, offering product strategy and operation suggestions.

任职要求

计算机科学、电子通信、机械工程、电气工程、自动化等专业本科以上学历，3年以上产品经理/需求分析师工作经验; 熟悉市场调研和竞争对手分析方法，具有优秀的产品规划和定义能力; 热爱机器人行业，有批量生产机器人产品设计经验者优先，熟悉IPD(集成产品开发)流程者优先; 具有良好的团队合作精神和项目管理能力，能够有效沟通和协调跨部门工作; 具有出色的问题解决能力、分析能力和创新思维，能够在快节奏的工作环境中灵活应对挑战。 Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Communications, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc., with more than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager/Requirement Analyst; Familiar with market research and competitor analysis methods, possessing excellent product planning and definition capabilities; Passionate about the robotics industry, priority given to those with experience in designing mass-produced robotic products, familiarity with IPD (Integrated Product Development) processes is preferred; Possess good team spirit and project management abilities, capable of effectively communicating and coordinating cross-departmental work; Have outstanding problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and innovative thinking, able to flexibly respond to challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
