职位描述

根据客户需求生成BMS硬件开发规范。
与供应商合作开发BMS主控制和从属控制单元的硬件解决方案，指导硬件原理图和电子元件(PCB)的选择过程，以满足客户的标准。
创建和管理BMS硬件的BOM，考虑电子元件的成本、可用性和质量。
监督供应商样品的标准化和放行，确保它们符合既定的质量标准。对样品进行评估和验证测试，以验证其性能和合规性。
执行FMEA活动，以识别和减轻BMS硬件的潜在风险和故障。制定策略并实施措施以提高产品的可靠性和质量。

Generate specification for BMS hardware development according to requirement of customers.
Collaborate with suppliers to develop hardware solutions for the BMS main control and subordinate control units, guiding the hardware schematic and electronic component (PCB) selection process to meet customer standards.
Create and manage the BOM for the BMS hardware, considering cost, availability, and quality of electronic components.
Oversee the standardization and release of supplier samples, ensuring they meet established quality standards. Conduct evaluations and verification tests on the samples to validate their performance and compliance.
Conduct FMEA activities to identify and mitigate potential risks and failures in BMS hardware. Develop strategies and implement measures to improve product reliability and quality.

任职要求

成功完成电气工程、机械工程、汽车工程、机电一体化或类似学科的学习或培训。
1~3年动力总成领域ECU硬件开发经验，包括主控、从控硬件原理图设计、电路设计、PCB布置图及元器件选型，能够完成BMS硬件解决方案。
有需求管理经验，使用如DOORS, Integrity或类似的工具。
熟练使用至少一种布局软件(如Allegro, Orcad, Altium, Eagle或类似软件)。
出色的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注。
有效的沟通和协作能力。
商务英语流利，德语流利。

Successfully completed studies or training in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable discipline.
1~3 years’ experience in powertrain domain ECU hardware development, including hardware schematics for main control and subordinate control units design, circuit design, PCB layout and component selection, capable of completing BMS hardware solution.
Experience of requirement management, using tools e.g., DOORS, Integrity or similar.
Proficiency in at least one layout software (e.g., Allegro, Orcad, Altium, Eagle, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Business fluent English and fluent German language are necessary.
