作为项目经理领导: 管理和指导团队中的项目经理 领导计划中所有项目的目标、预算、资源和总体进度规划 确定项目管理结构和沟通计划 协调团队内的跨项目需求，管理相互依赖关系 在团队中至少管理一个项目，领导项目交付的质量范例 密切监控团队内所有项目的质量保证和关键里程碑 作为项目经理的第一升级点 作为项目经理: 领导从启动到移交的整个项目生命周期 在项目交付过程中，担任所有方面的主要联络人 与销售和其他职能团队协调项目范围、进度和资源规划 制定并管理项目沟通计划（内部和外部） 激励项目团队，促进项目团队按时交付成果 在安装和测试阶段，至少 50% 的时间在现场工作 规划项目预算并管理项目利润 积极管理项目财务，包括发 票、里程碑付款、运费、差旅费、变更单和承包商付款 与客户一起控制项目范围并管理范围变更流程 As Project Manager Leader to: Manage and mentor PMs within the team Lead the planning of goals, budget, resources and overall schedule for all the projects in a program Define program governance structure and communication plan Coordinate cross-project demands within the team and manage interdependencies Manage at least 1 project within the team to lead the quality example of project delivery Closely monitor all projects within the team for quality assurance and key milestones Act as the first escalation point for project managers As Project Manager to: Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams Create and own project communication plans (internal & external) Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases Plan project budget and manage project margin Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments Control project scope and manage scope change process with client

任职要求
