职位描述

- 从事先进的自动驾驶工作。 - 设计并实施基于 SOC + 虚拟化 + Linux/QNX/RTOS 的平台架构，为自动驾驶产品提供支持。 - 指导 Linux 开发团队 - 指导开发团队使用 Linux / QNX 工具链，包括 Neutrino 内核使用、QNX API 使用、QNX Hypervisor 平台配置。 - BSP 配置、Linux / QNX 整合。 - 设计和开发基于 Linux / QNX /RTOS 的驱动程序，如摄像头/串行器/解串器/HDMI/LVDS/MIPI-CSI/DMA/GPIO/PWM/I2C/SPI/SDIO/UART 等。 - 硬件电路板调试，包括 OS Tailor、Bootloader 和驱动程序。 - 系统性能优化： 带宽、延迟、可靠性、系统稳定性、可扩展性等 - 与相关内部和外部合作伙伴合作开发自动驾驶和驾驶辅助系统。 - 与中国的现场项目团队和对口团队合作，满足供应商对自动驾驶系统的要求。 - Work for advanced autonomous driving. - Design and implement platform architecture based on SOC + Virtualization + Linux/QNX/RTOS to support autonomous driving product. - Guide the development team on Linux - Guide the development team on Linux / QNX Tool chain for Neutrino Kernel usage, QNX API usage, QNX Hypervisor Platform configuration. - BSP configuration, integration on Linux / QNX. - Design and develop drivers based on Linux / QNX /RTOS, such as Camera/Serializer/De-Serializer/HDMI/LVDS/MIPI-CSI/DMA/GPIO/PWM/I2C/SPI/SDIO/UART etc. - HW board bring up, including OS Tailor, Bootloader, Drivers. - System Performance optimization: Bandwidth, Latency, Reliability, System Stability, Scalability, etc - Cooperation with relevant internal and external partners for automated driving and driver assistance systems development. - Working with the onsite project team and counter-teams in China and the supplier requirements for autonomous driving systems.

任职要求

教育背景 - 计算机科学、机器人、电气工程或相关专业本科 工作经验 - 至少 8 年软件开发工作经验，5 年 QNX 开发经验。 - 汽车软件开发经验，包括平台级、板卡调试、操作系统移植和内核定制等 - 具有性能优化、编写高效实现和软件调试方面的经验 - 出色的问题解决能力和分析能力。 - 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神 - 跨文化能力和与不同层级的沟通技巧。 - 独立、积极的工作作风，愿意出差到国内外进行系统测试 - 母语为中文，英语流利，精通德语 知识 - 必须具备 ARM 和 SOC 架构及开发工具链方面的知识和了解。 - 熟练掌握 C 语言/汇编语言编程技能。 - 必须精通脚本语言（Python 等），并具有大型软件系统开发经验 - 具有优化 QNX 快速启动/启动的经验。 - 具有 DMA 和 IPC 机制方面的经验 - 具有 QNX eth 网络架构、io-pkt 等方面经验者优先考虑 - 具有 Nvidia ORIN/Xavier 相关经验者优先考虑 Education - Bachelor in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field Experience - At least 8 years working experience in SW development, 5 years QNX development experience. - Experience in automotive software development, including platform level, board bring up, OS porting and Kernel Tailoring, etc - Experience in performance optimizations, writing efficient implementations, and software debugging - Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill. - Good communication skills and teamwork spirit - Inter-cultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels. - Independent and pro-active working style, willingness to travel inside China and abroad to conduct system testing - Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial Knowledge - Through knowledge and understanding of ARM and SOC architecture and develop tools-chain is a must. - Proficient C / assembly language programming skill is a must. - Strong skill in scripting languages (Python among others) with large software system development experience is a must - Experience in Optimizing the QNX quick boot / startup. - Experience in DMA and IPC mechanism - Experience in QNX eth network architecture, io-pkt, etc. is preferred - Experience in Nvidia ORIN/Xavier is preferred
