全面了解车间内各技术岗位的工作内容和职责，包括质量、工艺、设备等方面的技术工作； 负责产线持续改进项目中本专业内容（如工艺、设备、质量）的诊断、方案制定、计划实施和固化； 做好岗位生产过程质量监控，实施在线化验并根据化验结果做好工序调整； 根据工作计划完成生产任务，如执行设备生产操作、点检维护及改善计划等；
任职要求
