职位描述

1.Strictly follow the project management process to ensure the quality and punctuality of the output of each project process document 2.Responsible for the success of the project and full responsibility for the planning, implementation, supervision and control of the project to ensure that the project can achieve the expected effect 3. Risk management: risk identification, judgment, countermeasures, etc 4.According to the completion of a single station as the orientation, effective planning and requirements design, purchase arrival time 5.Lead the inspection and confirm whether the project has safety risks (guaranteed by design, assembly, processing, etc.) 6.The initiator of the project initiation meeting and the initiator and recorder of all relevant meetings in the later stage 7.Supervise and promote the completion of the project according to the project plan, and control the project cost within the budget range 8.Inform sales and be prepared to negotiate with customers in case of project changes, such as cost overruns or time changes 9.Fully communicate and coordinate with various functional departments of the enterprise to ensure the smooth progress of the project 10.Coordinate various conflicts within the project to ensure smooth progress of the project 11.Whiteboard management, meeting management, information management, personnel monitoring, process management, etc.; Such as meeting minutes, OPL minutes, customer property information confirmation, etc 12. 任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, international students/foreigners are preferred 2. At least 1-year project experience in non-standard automation industry, experience in international projects is preferred, technical background is preferred. 3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English, able to directly communicate with foreign staff，French and Spanish are a plus; 4. Excellent pressure resistance, good communication and coordination skills, able to handle relationships with customers in a complex environment; 5. Keen market observation and analysis ability.
