职位描述
日常管理和优化谷歌搜索、购物广告和 GDN 广告系列，就提高广告系列绩效提出建议； 利用电子商务的各种流量渠道，根据市场特点制定流量运营目标和策略，合理分配资源，实现流量价值最大化； 根据不同流量渠道的特点，提高转化率，降低成本，提高投资回报率； 推进 BD 合作，包括流量资源互换、链接建设等，为我们的业务带来新的用户和转化。 通过数据分析，调整营销和流量策略，提供分析结果和报告。
任职要求
较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力，善于协调各方达成共同的业务目标； 以目标为导向的工作态度，细致务实，能深刻理解各市场的流量特点和策略； 对数据敏感，有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够理解各项指标的波动并做出相应的正确调整； 本科及以上学历，精通 Microsoft Office 办公软件； 有电子商务营销或数字营销相关经验，了解谷歌广告、联盟营销、搜索引擎优化或社交媒体广告等流量渠道者优先，对电子商务营销指标和KPI有较好理解者优先； 英语流利者优先。
