职位描述
计划通过两年左右的多部门轮岗，通过定制化培训和多样化工作项目增长才干，帮助新生代员工成为能够参与中国区新产品技术研发项目的技术人才。
任职要求
1. 2025、2026年应届硕士毕业生，专业方向：机械设计制造及其自动化、材料科学与工程、材料成型与控制、测控技术与仪器、工业设计、车辆工程等工科相关专业； 2.学习成绩优异、英文优秀； 3.较强的动手能力及逻辑分析能力； 4.熟练UG, Creo, solidworks, Pro/E, Catia等3D绘图软件，可以熟练绘制2D & 3D图，熟悉工程制图，互换性与技术测量，机械设计以及工程材料等基础知识，熟悉冲压模具和注塑模具相关知识； 5.良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力及团队协作精神。
