计划通过两年左右的多部门轮岗，通过定制化培训和多样化工作项目增长才干，帮助新生代员工获得产品全生命周期管理、市场调查及客户需求分析、市场趋势及商机分析、行业应用开发、业务模式及市场推广等专业能力，成为优秀的产品经理。

任职要求

1．2024、2025年应届硕士毕业生，专业方向：电气自动化、工商管理等工科相关专业； 2．学习成绩优异、英文优秀； 3．较强的动手能力及逻辑分析能力； 4．良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力及团队协作精神。
