1. 新产品成本控制及项目回报分析 • 负责收集新产品研发过程中的成本数据与投资信息 • 进行新产品的成本核算，以及项目投资回报的分析与跟踪 2. 产品成本降低策略与实施跟踪 • 进行产品成本降本分析，识别成本节约机会，提出并实施成本降低措施 • 定义并追踪成本降低目标，确保成本控制策略的有效执行 3. Cost Engineering在新品开发中的应用 • 应用Cost Engineering原理和方法，优化产品设计，降低成本，提高产品竞争力 • 协同研发团队，确保成本控制与产品设计、制造流程的紧密结合 4. 新产品利润预测与持续改善 • 跟踪新产品上市后的实际利润表现，与预测结果进行对比分析，提出改善建议。 • 持续关注市场动态和成本变化，不断调整和优化成本控制策略，确保产品利润最大化
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、经济学等相关专业，CMA持证优先 • 大型制造业3-5年成本控制经验 • 熟练掌握Excel等办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力 • 具备较强的英文能力，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
