1. 理解并分析项目及市场需求,布局负极材料开发方向,完成负极材料开发工作,助力项目达成目标(时间、成本、性能); 2. 负责下一代负极材料关键技术研发和攻关(超级快充/宽温域/超长寿命/低膨胀/高性价比); 3. 负责新技术构效关系和机理研究; 4. 负责负极材料快充、寿命、加工等快速表征方法开发。

任职要求

1. 博士学历; 2. 材料/化学/电化学/新能源/石油化工/统计学和6σ; 3. 英语CET-6; 4. (1) 熟悉锂离子电池制作工艺,正极/负极/电解液的基本工艺流程和材料特性; (2)精通材料表征技术,能根据实际情况运用合适表征方法表征材料或开发新的表征方法,揭示材料微观结构; (3)熟悉锂离子电池失效分析基本流程,独立开展相关失效分析工作; 5. (1) 逻辑思维能力和数据敏感性强,条理清晰,思维敏捷,反应快,有创新能力; (2)不同维度知识的迁移运用能力强,悟性高、学习能力强,容易快速上手; (3)沟通能力强,同频快; (4)责任感、执行力和推动力强。
