任职要求

Must haves: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA or similar discipline from a reputable university 10+ years working experience in leading roles in international companies, with experience in B2B and industrial appliances, professional kitchen appliance, power tools or similar Western National, Fluent English and Mandarin Extensive experience managing supplier relationships and be a great storyteller Experiences with the technology of electronic and mechanical appliances and relevant manufacturing processes Understanding of CE requirements for the European market and the implications for the sourced product Experience working in international company, in managerial position across multiple teams, projects and products Strong management sense and willingness to further develop management skills and responsibility Significant deep experience with statistical analysis and data Strong interpersonal & communication and training skills Honest, keen in details, hard-working, team player and responsible Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure Experience in working with OKR methodology is an asset Ready to be part of our exciting journey?
