职位描述

1. Support the Sales Manager during customer visits and exhibitions, presenting LED display product features, solutions, and technical proposals 2. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and explain technical aspects related to large-screen project designs while addressing customer inquiries 3. Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for end users, distributors, and system integrators 4. Utilize AutoCAD to design LED screen solutions for various industry applications 5. Act as the main technical contact for customers visiting the Germany product showroom, providing expert guidance and demonstrations 6. Gather and analyze customer feedback, offering valuable insights to the product design team 7. Support in LED display loan management 8. 任职要求

1. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in Chinese or German is a plus 2. At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or system integration 3. Background in audio-visual, security systems, or system integration is preferred 4. Knowledge of LED display technology, including Novastar controllers, AutoCAD, and mechanical components, is a plus. 5.
