职位描述
Manage and follow up on orders, including reviewing purchasing contracts. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with delivery terms. Handle export processing, including preparing transport documents for goods exported from China. Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other stakeholders. Oversee the execution of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Prepare and issue L/C documents while supervising credit terms. Manage transport insurance policies and ensure proper coverage. Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly. Prepare sales and delivery documents for the trading company and German Headquarters using SAP with AdOns.
任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of import/export (I&E) experience in a foreign company. Strong understanding of I&E laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and AEB software. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
