职位描述

-文件与数据管理 / Document and Data Management： 登记并核查相关文件和数据，确保信息的准确性和完整性。 Register and verify relevant documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness. 整理海关申报信息，确保符合海关要求。 Organize customs declaration information to ensure compliance with customs requirements. -海关凭证处理 / Customs Document Processing： 打印海关所需的各类凭证，确保文件及时准备妥当。 Print various customs-required documents to ensure timely preparation. -外出办理海关事务 / Handling Customs Matters Offsite： 协助外出办理海关进口文件及查验事宜，确保流程顺利进行。 Assist in offsite handling of customs import documents and inspection matters to ensure smooth processes. -系统操作与文档处理 / System Operations and Document Processing： 使用SAP系统进行相关操作，处理其他文档工作。 Use the SAP system for relevant operations and handle other document-related tasks. -翻译与PPT制作 / Translation and PPT Creation： 进行中英文文件翻译，协助制作PPT等演示材料。 Translate Chinese and English documents and assist in creating presentation materials such as PPTs.

任职要求

-工作时间 / Working Hours： 每周至少工作3天，持续6个月。 Work at least 3 days per week for a duration of 6 months. -专业背景 / Academic Background： 在校学生，物流、供应链相关专业优先。 Current students, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related fields. -语言能力 / Language Skills： 良好的英语沟通能力，英语四级以上，有留学背景者优先。 Strong English communication skills, CET-4 or above, with study abroad experience preferred. -计算机技能 / Computer Skills： 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。 Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT. -个人能力 / Personal Skills： 能够独立处理事务，具备良好的沟通能力。 Ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills. -地理位置 / Location： 人在上海，能够尽快到岗者优先。 Based in Shanghai, with immediate availability preferred.
