职位描述

1、制定并执行与部门目标和任务一致的市场开发计划，以推动收入和客户数量的增长 2、在指定区域内通过所有沟通工具积极寻找并建立与潜在客户的关系 3、负责管理开发策略，并分析市场趋势、竞争对手活动以及客户需求，以识别增长机会 4、与跨职能团队合作，包括产品开发、销售、市场和客户服务，以确保项目的成功交付 5、向上级汇报绩效分析结果，以协助未来的产 品设计以及销售和市场策略 6、建立并维护与关键利益相关者（包括客户、行业影响者和合作伙伴）的良好关系 1、Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth. 2、Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas. 3、Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 4、Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects. 5、Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies. 6、Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners.

任职要求

1、工程、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。 2、至少3年直接销售和新客户业务的专业经验。 3、在欧洲国家的中型及大型跨国公司拥有稳固的社会联系和合作伙伴关系。 4、深入了解电信行业，或有销售云服务和数据服务等的经验。 5、具有高度的团队合作精神，以客户为中心，注重结果。 6、精通普通话和德语。 7、能够灵活出差。 1、Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent field. 2、Minimum 3-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business 3、Solid social connections and partnership relationships in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries 4、In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and/or experience in selling cloud and data services etc. 5、Highly motivated team player with a strong customer focus and a results-driven approach. 6、Proficiency in both Mandarin and German language skills 7、Travel flexibility
