In this role, you will support pilot projects, collaborate with the local hardware team to standardize delivery processes, and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new products into our operations.This position requires up to 50% travel and a valid driver’s license. 1.与跨职能团队合作，通过在硬件和系统部署过程中的实际实施和反馈循环，帮助欧洲地区理解、应用并持续改进产品标准 2.与本地硬件团队合作，识别流程缺口，改进交付工作流程，并制定标准化操作程序，以提高欧洲地区项目的效率和质量 3.在整个试点项目中提供工程支持，确保满足技术要求和质量标准 4.协助记录最佳实践并创建技术指南，以确保流程标准化 5.开展NPI活动，包括设计审查、流程验证以及跨职能沟通，以确保产品成功上市 6.愿意并能够最多50%的时间出差，以实施项目并进行合作 1.Product Standards Alignment & Application:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the EU region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deployments. 2.Delivery Process Standardization:Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region. 3.Pilot Project Support:Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met. 4.Documentation:Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardization. 5.New Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation:Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launches. 6.Travel:Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time for project implementation and collaboration.

任职要求

1.工程学、机械工程、电气工程或相关领域的本科（或更高）学位 2.在产品工程、项目支持或流程开发方面有经验，专注于NPI 3.具备强大的分析能力，能够提出有效的解决方案 4.具备出色的协作和沟通能力，能够有效地与不同团队合作 5.对细节高度关注，热衷于流程改进和标准化 6.必须熟练掌握英语；掌握普通话是一个很大的优势 7.必须持有有效的驾 照 1.Education:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2.Experience:Experience in product engineering, project support, or process development, with a focus on NPI. 3.Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions. 4.Communication Skills:Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, effective across diverse teams. 5.Detail-Oriented:Strong attention to detail with a passion for process improvement and standardization. 6.Language Skills:Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage. 7.Driver’s License:Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
