职位描述

1、数字媒体平台运营（微信公众号、网站、抖音等），包括日常维护、素材整理、剪辑制作、发布及策划活动等 2、根据已有设计原则和模板，与销售、部门经理、总部市场部门讨论，根据需求，设计并制作公司杂志、品种的海报、单页、包装袋等物料 3、协助销售部组织各地区经销商年度会议、线上营销等市场活动，组织参加展览会等会议 4、甜菜品种登记。根据中国甜菜品种登记要求，准备、收集材料，撰写报告，填写表格，提交样本等 5、翻译。试验报告进行中英翻译，总部资料进行英中翻译等 6、日常。甜菜试验品种分发，宣传材料和礼物记录、邮寄，合同签署流程，及其它经理安排的工作 7、办公室的行政工作 1、Manage digital media platforms (WeChat official accounts, websites, TikTok, etc.), including routine maintenance, material sorting, editing, release and activities organizing, etc. 2、According to the existing design principles and templates, discuss with the sales, manager and marketing staffs in Headquarter to design and produce magazines, various posters, leaflets, packaging bags and other materials according to needs 3、 Assist the sales department to organize annual dealer meetings, online marketing and other marketing activities in various regions, and organize participation in exhibitions and other meetings. 4、Registration of Sugarbeet varieties: According to the registration requirements of Sugarbeet in China, prepare and collect materials, write reports, fill out forms, and submit samples, etc. 5、Translation: Chinese to English and English to Chinese for experimental reports and marketing materials and etc. 6、Daily routine: Distribution of Sugarbeet experimental varieties, send out and record gifts and promotional materials, contract signing process, and other tasks assigned by the manager 7、Take care of the office daily administration.

任职要求

1、农业相关专业本科及以上，或市场营销相关专业本科及以上 2、了解农业，对农业感兴趣。对种子/大田作物行业了解者优先考虑 3、流利的中英文 4、熟悉Office软件，尤其是Excel和PPT，具备基础的数据分析能力 5、熟悉视频剪辑软件和图片编辑软件如Premiere，Photoshop 6、优秀的部门协作和沟通能力 7、能接受出差 8、具有上进心、自律、持续学习、本分、诚信等价值观 1、Bachelor degree or above in agriculture-related major, or bachelor degree or above in marketing-related major 2、Understand agriculture and be interested in agriculture. Those who understand the seed/field crop industry are preferred 3、Fluent Chinese and English 4、Familiar with Office software, especially Excel and PPT, with basic data analysis capabilities 5、Familiar with video editing software and image editing software such as Premiere and Photoshop. 6、Excellent departmental collaboration and communication skills 7、Can accept business trips 8、Have values such as self-motivated, self-discipline, continuous learning, duty, integrity, etc.
