职位描述

1、Product Standards Alignment & Application:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deployments. 2、Delivery Process Standardization:Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region. 3、Pilot Project Support:Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met. 4、Documentation:Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardization. 5、New Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation:Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launches. 1、产品标准对齐与应用：与跨职能团队合作，通过在硬件和系统部署过程中的实际操作和反馈循环，帮助本地区域理解、应用并持续优化产品标准。 2、交付流程标准化：与本地硬件团队合作，识别流程中的差距，改进交付工作流程，并制定标准化操作程序，以提高整个欧盟地区的项目效率和质量。 3、试点项目支持：在试点项目中提供工程支持，确保满足技术要求和质量标准。 4、文档工作：协助记录最佳实践并创建技术指导文件，以确保流程标准化。 5、新产品引入（NPI）合作：支持新产品引入活动，包括设计评审、流程验证以及跨职能团队沟通，以确保产品成功上市。

任职要求

1、Proficiency in less commonly spoken languages, including but not limited to Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, etc.; fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese for work purposes. 2、Both Chinese and international students are welcome; Base in Beijing willing to accept long-term business trips to Hefei, as well as overseas travel and assignments. 1、精通一些不太常见的语言，包括但不限于西班牙语、波兰语、葡萄牙语、韩语、日语等；英语流利，并能用中文进行工作交流。 2、欢迎中国和国际学生申请；工作地点在北京，愿意接受长期出差到合肥，以及海外出差和工作安排。
