职位描述

1、Responsible for developing the project management plan for robot product projects (initiation, schedule control, cost management, delivery, etc.), driving cross-departmental coordination, including interfacing with product managers, team leaders, supply chain, finance, etc., to align project requirements, reviewing project milestones, and advancing the implementation and control of project progress. 2、Control project risks, possess a full product lifecycle perspective, promptly identify risks in the project R&D process, including but not limited to: technical risks, schedule risks, quality risks, cost risks; develop and implement risk response plans to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule. 3、Organize reviews at various stages of R&D and other standardization work, participate in internal and external audits, assist in formulating improvement measures, and track their effectiveness. 4、Responsible for the management of standardized project documentation during the R&D process. 1、项目管理计划开发：负责制定机器人产品项目的项目管理计划（包括项目启动、进度控制、成本管理、交付等），推动跨部门协调工作，包括与产品经理、团队负责人、供应链、财务等部门沟通，以对齐项目需求、审核项目里程碑，并推进项目实施与进度控制。 2、项目风险控制：具备完整的产品生命周期视角，及时识别项目研发过程中的风险（包括但不限于技术风险、进度风险、质量风险、成本风险），制定并执行风险应对计划，确保项目按时达成目标。 3、研发阶段评审与标准化工作：组织研发各阶段的评审以及其他标准化工作，参与内部和外部审核，协助制定改进措施，并跟踪其有效性。 4、项目文档管理：负责研发过程中标准化项目文档的管理。
