职位描述

1、Provide customers with product quotations and accurately enter customer orders into the operating system 2、Familiar with company products, provide customers with relevant product and service information Collect, improve and update customer information 3、Analyze and summarize feedback from consumers and other functional departments to optimize the customer service process 4、Assist customers to solve related technical problems 5、Maintain and improve customer satisfaction 6、Cooperate with the marketing team to complete the company’s sales and promotion tasks in various regions 7、Provide statistics on sales, customer information and customer payments for other functional departments 8、Coordinate tasks within customer service team

任职要求

1、Bachelor or master’s degree in Bioengineering, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields. Chemistry and Chemical Engineering majors are also welcome. 2、Knowledge of recombinant proteins and antibodies is a plus. 3、Management experience is a plus. 4、Being familiar with computer operations and proficient in office software (MS Office). 5、Excellent written and oral communication skills. 6、Mandarin is a must. Proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus. 7、Outgoing personality, open-minded, self-motivated, and goal driven. 8、Responsible, proactive, and strong service-oriented mindset. 9、Good interpersonal communication skills and strong team spirit.
