职位描述
一、项目实施 1.现场勘查规划，制定机器人运行路线与区域方案，协调各方确保安装条件。 2.负责机器人及配套设备安装调试，优化关键参数，参与系统联调，实现智能化运维集成。 二、系统集成 1.完成控制系统软件安装配置调试，对接电站管理系统，实现数据交互。 2.依据运行数据优化系统，关注行业动态提出升级建议并协助应用。 三、培训支持 1.为交付人员提供操作培训，编制资料手册视频教程。 2.提供技术支持，处理使用问题，定期回访优化系统。 四、文档管理 1.整理归档项目文档，确保完整准确可追溯。 2.编制进度、调试、运行报告，为决策提供依据。 五、安全质量 1.遵守安全法规制度，保障实施过程安全，检查消除安全隐患。 2.把控监督实施质量，执行检验标准，跟踪整改质量问题。
任职要求
一、教育背景 1.硕士及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、机械工程等相关专业优先。 2.掌握光伏系统原理等知识及电站运维基础。 二、技能要求 专业技能 1.精通光伏机器人调试与故障排除，熟悉电气控制等系统集成。 2.熟练运用相关软件进行系统开发与集成，实现数据交互与联动控制。 通用技能 1.具备良好计算机操作与英语读写能力，能制作文档与阅读文献。 2.问题解决能力强，能快速处理技术问题。 三、个人素质 1.团队协作佳，沟通表达能力强，理解需求并协调资源。 2.学习能力强，适应行业发展。 3.工作认真负责，执行力强，保证项目质量。 4.抗压能力强，面对压力冷静解决问题。
