职位描述
1、 负责项目产品机械设计开发，负责机器人产品调研、需求分析、机械总体方案设计、3D/2D设计、BOM及工艺文件编制与校核、样机开发及组装测试、小批试制，新产品开发研制，新技术的应用和开发实施等工作； 2、 产品整体结构、传动系统设计、机械零件的设计、选型、材料选用； 3、 参与项目方案讨论，审核项目的相关工程图设计图纸，处理项目过程中的异常及难点问题； 4、 解决项目设计、制造、安装、调试和售后服务过程中出现的技术问题，编写相关的技术文件； 5、 专利撰写申请，相关技术指导培训，以及编写和整理企业机械设计标准工作； 6、上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求
1、机械设计或相关专业，硕士及以上学历，有机械设计实习经历优先； 2、能进行新产品的整体及零部件机械设计，有丰富的结构设计、运动机构、传动系统设计经验； 3、能进行力学计算、强度分析、运动仿真，能根据产品设计开发需求，进行伺服电机、轴承、气动件、齿轮、同步带、链传动等零部件的计算及选型； 4、熟悉相关生产制造及表面处理工艺（特别是C 4及以上防腐工艺），熟悉常用材料性能，能根据产品研发(焊接和热处理、产品表面处理和装配)的需求进行工装设计； 5、熟悉钣金、机加、注塑、铸铝等工艺； 6、熟悉机械结构密封设计； 7、动手能力强，能进行样机组装调试； 8、对工作认真负责，有担当，良好的团队意识和协作精神； 9、对机器人感兴趣，有机器人相关产品研发及量产经验者优先。
