职位描述

1、Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs; 2、Support HR data analysis and reporting to facilitate decision-making; 3、Participate in HR process optimization and digitalization initiatives; 4、Handle employee lifecycle management (promotion, transfer, probation, separation); 5、Maintain employee personnel fi les and HR data accuracy; 6、Support employee relations cases and labor compliance documentation; 7、Support talent development programs and learning activities; 8、Prepare employment certifi cates, HR letters, and other offi cial documents; 9、Help prepare HR policy drafts and communication materials; 10、Act as fi rst point of contact for internal HR system and process inquiries

任职要求

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related fi eld is preferred; 2、3+ years of solid experience in dedicated HR roles within a multinational corporation; 3、Profi cient in English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of German is a plus; 4、Strong understanding of core HR functions and local labor laws; 5、Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; 6、High attention to detail and ability to handle confi dential information with integrity; 7、Profi cient in Microsoft Offi ce (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR systems.
