职位描述

Responsibilities: 1. Take overall responsibility for project quality management according to the project quality ownership assigned. 2. Transfer customer/Standard/Legal requirements into controllable way systematically according to Miele management System requirements (IMNU/Core process/Directives/Procedures/ISO etc.), to achieve sustainable operation after SOP. 3. Moderate Quality activities / meetings (Project/Escalation) positively as per the project quality plan on time. Be responsible for the Q-methods application through the whole project team. 4. Take quality check responsibility for Quality gate release. Work with project manager (Miele Germany as well if need) to make sure the milestones are fulfilled before release the gate. 5. Create, report, track, update the relevant quality topics for status, summary according to the schedule progress. 6. As quality owner for Accompanied Production stage till CPI fully hand over to CPII. 7. According to assignment from supervisors & project plan, work with PSQA/TL/PS/R&D/FAI and take role of Quality owner to manage new mold quality plan. 8. Review drawings / lesson learnt / requirements from quality viewpoint, confirm measurement resource/ method for FAI, measurement subcontractors, gauge suppliers. 9. Work with R&D together with mold trial, component qualification, new mold improvement even mold supplier visits if necessary. 10. Take the quality projects assigned by the superiors (DQA manager, Q director), even if the projects are from relevant teams, including CP II topics support; QCAO from new projects; Continuous Improvement Projects like QCC, Six Sigma, Lean Office projects etc.; Apply for Q-Methods adopted by IMNU/Core Processes into daily business, including the newly introduced methods. 11. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

任职要求

Qualifications: 1. College or bachelor’s degree above, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, it is conditional acceptable if have proven competence of knowledge even though majored in English/Chinese/management or economics 2. English CET 4 above 3. 1 year of working experience from similar quality business at trade of small household appliance or automobile / mobile, high precision business etc. Position experience was held at European or USA companies is a plus. 4. Be able to use English as working language in daily business, attend meetings, telephone calls etc. 5. Be good at moderating quality activities / meetings like brain stormy for information collection, definition, discussion on Quality topics, good logic thinking at presentation and communication. 6. Have experience for APQP, FMEA, PPAP process, it is a plus if have the same solid knowledge for MSA and SPC. 7. Have experience with QC 7 tools, 8D, statistics (CP, CPK, SPC.) etc. to drive R/C, CA/PA etc. 8. Having manufacturing process & components knowledge about plastic/metal parts/mechanical parts is plus 9. Having basic knowledge about ISO management systems, like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc. internal auditor certificate is a plus. 10. Having 6 sigma knowledge is preferred 11. Good interpersonal communication skills, positive listening, data driving and result orientation under timeline. 12. Willing to take challenge, would work under multi-tasks in parallel and could work under certain pressure. Work independently but a good team player.
